It's copy-paste work pretty much.

I am looking for a person and not a company (I and not We)

Further, I want to work with someone who is looking to work long
term. I got loads of work (20 hours to start with)

Well, if is only a copy paste work, then I am interested. But, I prefer to do the copy pastes on a pay per item basis. I mean the payment should not be based on the number of hours I work, but the payment should be for each copy paste. The speed generally varies from one person to another and all cannot make same no of copy pastes in an hour.
