Need Paypal Help! I can pay!

Ok i will pay someone to set me up a paypal account or make my current one how i want it. All i need is to be able to recieve money and send it with out having a credit card in. I currently have 13$ in my account and i need to send 12$ but it wont let me. Says my spending limit is zero. I dont wanna add a bank account or credit card or anything. Please help me!

 

have you sent money to anybody via paypal before? If you donnt hv credit card the you can only send upto $90 amount.

I know exactly how to do this for you. How would you be paying, and how much? I would have to make you a new Paypal.

 

is your account verified or unverified?

having an unverified means you are limited to 10 transactions max..after that you need to verify it to send..

 

Chances are you should do what Paypal's site says else you might be breaking their TOS or AUP and then they could suspend or terminate your account.

 

Then u better add VCC,all ur limits will b lifted.

 

Hello dear don't try to add a vcc becoz its very risky and u may lose ur account the first i will suggest to u is to add an origional cridet card to ur account as to make it legal and verified but still if u don't want to do this then u may get in trouble but if u want to get some help from mine side i m here to help u out of it with out any payment as it's nice to help some one not for money but for brother hood ...Thx

Try to use VCC

 

hello, please look at his location (georgia). the account can´t be setup then according to paypals tos because georgia is not supported. so adding a vcc wouldn´t be that bad because anytime paypay will shut down the account in every case (for not matching ips or something like that).

so i would just add a vcc, limits won´t exist after this and you can send and recieve (depends on which county you set up the account)

 

they only let you send so much a month and you have reached that limit

 

You mean that for temprory purpose add a vcc but i don't agree with u becoz making the paypal account means that u r going to add funds in ur account i mean by doing bussiness or selling something then why r u taking risk of adding a vcc to ur illegal account why don't u try to have a legal account as it will be very helpful for u or if ur country do not support pay[al then u should try epassporte or money booker and i think epassporte will be the best option as i have seen a olot of members on dp using epassporte.So best of luck.THx
