    There is no paypal india contact number as such.

    You need to make ISD call or a call to the US via skype or voip service to paypal.

    Contact number: +14029352080 << exactly to be dialed in a voip phone or isd phone.

    my pay pal account is not receiving any transaction, now i want to fax a application to pay pal authority but the contact fax of pay pal also not receiving the fax, how can i fac my application from India ?

    I am from India.I was trying to fund my PPC account in USA.This is the error message. I get

    "We notice that you are attempting to pay an Indian resident user. The payment you initiated has been blocked. PayPal only facilitates international payments and cannot be used for domestic payments within India. We suggest you find alternative methods to complete the payment. If you believe that the person you attempted to pay is not based in India, please contact PayPal customer support."

    I hold a verified PayPal account for several years ,never faced a problem like this.

    any body has a solution.
