Do you need Paypal business account to accept CC payments from people without paypal account ? Premier account can achieve this ?
I don't know if the Premier Account offers this, but I know for sure that the Business Account has this feature. I have a business account, and it's a lot better getting payments from people without them having a paypal account. A business account is free. You just have to verify a couple of simple things, then you're on your way.
Yes, you need a business account for that, Premium won't do it. But luckily opening a business account is pretty easy and it also helps protect your privacy (buyers see the business name that you define, not your own name).
All you need for a business account is a Bank Account in your businesses name so you can which can be verified by Paypal making some small deposits into it. You then have a choice of website payments standard (accepting payments after redirection to Paypal) or website payments pro (user enter payment info into your website).
