Need Payment Solution for my Website

I need a Payment Solutions for my website where my users can pay online using their Bank.

Example : irctc.co.in

I have seen few merchants but they charge 4-7% of each transaction.

Also, they dont support Net Transfer for VOIP service, my business.

 

gspay can be down to 6% if you have high volume, they pay via wire.
Theres also other high risk merchants but there 8%+

I doubt you will be able to get such service for free... as the system would be incurring some cost to get connected to various banks.
