I have developed a site that starting to get good rankings in google; however, I'm not happy with my current affiliate. I've good through 3 different affiliates mainly because of issues with site integration. 2 of the programs just had low payouts.
NeverBlueAds is a great and respected affiliate program that currently has 13 different payday/cash advance programs. RocketProfit has a few loan type affiliate programs, may have payday, id signup and check em out, maybe you'll find what your looking for.
If you are wanting to integrate the actual application process into your site, I would look at leadpile.com. They specialize in lead offers in many of the finance verticals like pay day loans and the person can actually fill out the application on your site. If the person abandons the form before completing, you can still get some credit for the app because some information has been captured and people may be interested in buying the leads.
