Need page template & Logo

    Im in need of a Logo and also a homepage template, along with a template that I can use for the rest of the site. I can pay up to $50.00 I prefer to have a template that doesn't use a lot of CSS as im not very good with working with CSS, CSS for font is fine, but other than that I dont want to use it.
