We need a programmer that knows PHP and OSCommerce. Basically we need the php file to call a csv file on one of my other websites and convert the format of that file to the format necessary for oscommerce and update all the products on my second site with the information in the first site's file. In addition it needs to output the same data in an ebay friendly csv while incorporating an html template. Willing to pay $100.
