Need Opinions

I need peoples opinions on an idea I had for a website.
Would you use a website which lists hundreds of games websites, movie websites and music sheets websites?
the idea being you use the website to find sites to go on...

 

sounds like a web directory idea! there are already many "website lists" or directory listings! if you can reach the serps for your lists of websites, am sure people will use them.

 

There is always a niche, it is a matter of how you can promote it. Always the trickiest task. Define who your audience is and go after them

 

Seems like he's targeting the entertainment sector. Although there are already many such directories (even those with the same niche), it all boils down to how you promote it. I'd say, go ahead ;D

put it as web directory. just be sure to make a good list of categories.

 

I would suggest that it be a directory for only one category for example just games. This would be to make you stand out a bit more since your specializing in only one market niche.
