Since this is in the marketing forum, I assume you want us to judge how well the website convinces us to buy a service/product.

    1) Never advertise a website that isn't finished (navigation still says "link 1" "link 2" and so forth)
    2) Get your own domain
    3) Get a better template, or hire someone who can do so. This gains you credibility.
    4) How about a face? I can see you are "Charles Marshall" but just a name won't do you any good.
    5) This bit is overplayed:
Now I know what you’re thinking; “Sure I’d love to make that much money, but that sounds way too good to be true”. A few years ago, I would have said the exact same thing myself.

If I remember right, a lot of famous scams started out with lines like this.

    6) Start your copy out with something truly remarkable. Grab my attention. For instance, you mentioned you will take live calls from those who listen to the recorded message. Put a play on words involving that to start out to show us you mean business.

    Just some quick tips :)

Other than the great advice zac439 provided, I'd add this as a nutshell:

Invest more time (A LOT more time) into the design, layout, structure, and and copy of your site.

It looks like you just found a template site and added your details to it. If you're looking to market your brand or business (and make a sale from the internet) you'll need to do a lot more than that.

Yeah, he hit all the majors really quick there.

SO, besides that, what are you looking to get out of the website? It looks as if you are running a word press blog. If this is so, are you using the all in one SEO plug in? If not, right after you fix the pre-posted errors, you will need to upload this plug in so that you can help your site rank in search engines.

Now, after this, what are you really trying to accomplish here, recruiting it looks like.

So, you will need to make up some pages to break it down, like I said it is a wordpress blog and the whole point of having the framework of word press is for the linking structures and benifits that google and the other search engines give it. The thing about this is that you need to have about 21 SEO articles to publish with keywordss that are on this site that are optimized for you niche and target markets. The next think you need to do is to maintain this website and get about the same number of articles/posts on the site that go with the seo articles, then make about 2 to 3 posts a week. You can do this and set the page you created and post it as the static homepage. This will allow your main visitors to see what you want them to first then the rest is interesting reading to make them want to join you.

Hope that helps and is not to over your head here.

You have a landing page as one article on a wordpress blog. A landing page and a blog are different things.

Zac439 hit the nail on the head. The site looks very basic, and your blog posts don't convince me to join at all. What's the purpose of the site other than to get people to join your program? You should be engaging your readers and striking their interests, rather than just trying to sell to them. You need to work a lot on the design and layout of the site. That should be your first priority at this point.
