My Tip: Drop the flash navigation (for SEO reasons) the spiders will have problems following links other wise. Go for CSS navigation. Regards Stuey
To me the header doesn't match the content graphics of the site. Like the buttons that you have featuring text, look amateur, but the header looks professional. Perhaps blending them better, making them smaller, would be beneficial to the overall feel of the site.
The links are in the footer so I don't see a problem with the flash buttons but do agree that the header is a little big. I also don't like the buttons in the text they seem a little larger than they need to be. But the site design looks good to me.
I'm going to have to agree that the graphics in the main section do look very amateur.. I like the flash header however it is too big.. also, it kinda blurry for flash, I'd try cleaning it up a bit... As far as the layout, I would suggest changing the way the page looks alittle... As I navigate through your site all the pages are the same just the text is different.. Give us something to look at our we'll get bored and move on. Just my thoughts..
Might wanna get a more attractive (younger looking) woman in the picture. People always responds better to younger and prettier. Very superficial, I know, but we are talking about marketing realities here.
