Need opinion on web site layout

I'm redesigning my web site and would like to know which layout is better. I've added a poll for everybody to vote on. Your feedback would help me out a lot and be greatly appreciated.

I like the first one yep i voted

 

The new one looks much more organized so I chose that one. However the information is probably more easily readable on the original design. But overall I think the new one works best

I prefer the first one - assuming that the extra 2 columns give me info that I as a browser would find useful.

 

To me your new layout looks much more professional.

 

I prefer the first - clean organized columns that let me quickly scan properties instead of having to digest text to try to find relevant information. Only changes I'd make would be coloring every other line to make going 'across' easier, and on either version you should probably align the 'group price' text the same as the content of it's column so it doesn't look like ass. (looks really dumb aligned left on a column of centered content)

That second one really is a functionality step backwards IMHO. It strikes me as something your typical artsy 'designer' with no knowledge of accessability would come up with.
