Need opinion on my controversial domain www(dot)bing(dot)sc

I need your two cents on this:

Bing had acquired all domains except .sc and .jobs. long story short, I was quick to buy the .sc domain. In other words, i own www(dot)bing(dot)sc domain.

I thought of selling it, but thought why not put google adsense for search? A domain name with the only word "bing" and that too displaying google custom search, i think will be enough to make it controversial and to attract traffic to my site.

    Question:

    1. Will this be a violation of adsense TOS?
    2. Will this invite legal action from Microsoft? In other words, will they sue me?

    Please let me know.

if you bought your bing domain AFTER microsoft started its new search engine under bing.xxx
then microsoft may get your bing domain one day sooner or later for free as ms may sew you for brandname infringement or whatever their lawyers may find

    2.
if you acquired the bing domain before ms had any published intentions to get a bing domain for its new search
    your situation may be better

    3.
    in your situation
i would just keep working to earn money in a traditional solid way instead of risking your well-being, all possession and your peace of mind

the game you play with bing domain is like playing poker with the devil ... !!!! only a fool would consider such game. by owning bing(dot)sc - you may own a peace of hell you one day wish to never have heard of ...

I don't think you can sell it. Potential buyers already know the danger of this domain.

you will lose it sooner or later if you try to use it.

There are more than enough threads on this subject here in DP and they all tell you the same thing.

I work with domain names a lot, mainly buying and selling keyword domain names. Microsoft has a reputation to not only take the domain, but make a public example of you and take you to court. I have dealt with domain trade mark issues and it is not a pleasant experience. I would leave that domain alone. Don't sell it or even post about it.

I can't explain how much financial loss you can experience as an outcome of messing with microsoft in matters of domain names.

    Good luck,
    Theo.

if you not use it, MS cannot take it.

If you use it related to search engine in any way, MS may take it free

if you make a site just nothing about the MS bing, then your can have the site and domain, MS can do nothing about it. Because bing is a natural word not a brand name
