Registration fee IMO, if there is a site there then that would be different but the domains on there own are nothing special.
Let me guess, you bought them after the milliondollarhomepage news broke out hoping to make a buck. Well, it's over and out. Maybe some design company would like one of those names, but all seem like reg fee to me.
