Need online dvd rental website created

    I am looking for someone to be able to create a online dvd rental site. It can be oscommerce, zen cart, html or php. I do not care.

    here are some examples of sites that I want it to be similar to

    www.goldstarvideo.com

    www.mmavault.com

    my budget is 100-200
