I need someone that has great skills in xhtml/css as well as PHP/MYSQL and be able to code any kinds of wordpress themes. I'm looking for someone with Javascript knowledge too. Also someone who at least understands Photoshop and workings is a plus and even being able to use Photoshop is even better.
