I need a professional-looking template created so that I can use it to build my PLR site. I would like a three-column layout (large middle column for main content with two more narrow columns on either side for newsletter sign up box, navigation menu, etc.) with a good amount of white space so it doesn't look cluttered. I have several links of sites I like to show whomever I pick for this project. I know what I want, I just don't have the skill to do it! Please PM me quotes and I will provide more info.
