Need Offshore Vps

    I am in need of a offshore VPS,
    I want CPANEL
    I want 10gb space
    I want 100-200GB Bandwidth
    I want complaints to be disregarded
    I will be sending some emails, some opt in some not ( not too heavy )
    It won't affect server performance.
    I want my payments to be discreet..

    Please give me offers.

    Just a small tip:
    If you are looking for the VPS with Cpanel be aware that Cpanel will eat up to the 128MB of the RAM.

    You do realise, these "offshore" companies still are not allowed to do the stuff they advertise. SPAM isn't allowed anywhere, so you might as well go for US if you want to.
