Need Offshore VPS (NL/Germany)

    Need Offshore VPS based on Netherlands or Germany or Hong Kong ( no Malaysia )

    Requirements

    768 MB to 1 GB Dedicated RAM (Burstable if possible )
    About 20 to 30 GB space
    Bandwidth About 1 TB ( Unlimitde will be great )
    LXadmin will do ( Cpanel required )
    Connection 100 mbit
    Dedicated ips/ reverse dns etc

    No restriction on content ( however i will never host anything or run torrents may use rapidleech for personal use)

    Budget about 25 to 30$

    Please provide me the offers if anyone can provide

    Whatever host you choose; but never ever go for any VPS from Santrex or their VPS resellers. VPS from Santrex are cheap as well as their performance. I bought a VPS from one of their reseller and the VPS is down for last 6 hours and no response from the reseller of their VPS. Though at the time of purchase the reseller told me that the VPS they are selling is managed which is actually unmanaged with poor performance.

    eurosrv try that the best place ever. Their servers are god damn fast and their no scammers.
