need offshore hosting

    what kind of hosting you looking for ? and what kind of format ?
    you looking to host warez files and wanting direct downloads ?
    or downloads in torrent files ?

    it will be for direct downloads. it doesn't matter what country it is in as long as it is not illegal there. like russia panama or any asian country.

    Also I would like to say that illegal contaent is illiegal everywhere. I think that you will have quite big troubles with that.
