    Unlimited Email, mysql, addon domains, etc
    cPanel w/ Fantastico

    Shared web hosting that is not solution for you

    do you really require offshore, your requirements don't list anything that says nulled or warez. can you list what your going be hosting?

    It is perfectly legal to do what I want to do in the U.S., but no U.S. hosts are fond with my idea so I figured I'd just go offshore.

    Why? Are you doubt about connection speed? I assume in the US you will have good one worldwide
