Need Offshore Hosting!

    Hi,

    My client need cheap offshore hosting to start up a site with matrix script.
    I think the best countries for offshore hosting are: Hong Kong, Estonia, Ukraine, Russia, Iran, Malaysia, China.

    Here's what he needs:

    CPanel + FTP + PHP
    PREFERRED SPACE: min 150 mb
    PREFERRED BANDWIDTH: 15GB+

    What is the IP address/server location?
    The hosting must be reliable.

    I just ordered a small shared hosting account with EuroSRV after scanning the forums for hours looking for a good off-shore host. We'll see how it goes. I will post the results.
