No I don't think VPS will handle your site. - If you are talking of sites like youtube. Better to go with a dedi. For video streaming, I think minimum should be 100 mbps. If you need a dedi, contact us. I already pm'ed you earlier. We can also provide you at a discounted price. Thanks.
offshore generally means europe = euros, any decent quad core server will cost nearby 150 euros for 100mbit + cpanel 25-35 euros extra making approx 180+ euros , i would say contact any dc like ovh directly as normal stream site , bet none will support warez
some e.u d.c's do, but not in this budget , it has to be double that for a true unlimited dedi with out cpanel on 100 mbps port.
I have Finalised a List of 4 Providers... i will be chosing one of them... will take time to investigate things etc... budget is not a problem right now... what i want is stability.. so i will have a detailed lookup of all the things.
