Buying Need offshore cPanel VPS for sending mail- Set me up quick

    I don't care about space on the VPS. I will only be REPLYING to emails that I receive. I am not sending out spam to random lists.

    Let me know what country the servers reside in and how much mail I can send out per hour and per day. Also how much it will cost.

    I need this set up as soon as possible (in minutes preferably).
