Need Non disclosure agreement for my script design and coding : NDA

    Hi

    I just got one script made by one company in India and i want to have Non disclosure agreement ( NDA) signed up with that company for my script design and Site coding SO that they cant use my site name or script in their portfolio or site or resell my idea etc..

    that the coding they have done is Unique for my site

    the images used are also uniq for my site

    please suggest me where can i have that

    You would need an agreement that would be enforceable in the country of origin - something drafted for someone in the US isn't likely to work in another country. You would be better off going with a company that is located in the country you live in. While a NDA would be better than nothing simply because it might deter some, are you really going to go through the huge legal expense of trying to enforce it in another country? You could spend tens of thousands of dollars and even if you won, trying to collect would probably be close to impossible. If it is a huge concern, don't try to save a few dollars, rather pay more and go with a larger, established company that has earned a good reputation.
