Need NL Offshore hosting - resaller account

    Hello,

    Im looking for resaller hosting account located in NL. They should accept offshore , PTC and all that stuf. I can pay via AlertPay. They should be 99.99 uptime.. have bad expirience with my last hosting - they where often offline :/ never recived refund....

    I think it's very difficult for looking hosting allowed torrent. maybe you must find dedicated server. I think almost accepted torrent and other things

    gizz... I meaned offshore mainly.. I will edit 1st post :S , They should accept PTC and Offshore mainly :) and be 99.99up time :)
