Buying Need nice looking advert logo 10USD

    Can you make me a picture of a beautiful girl on a black background shaped to look like a credit card with the other image manipulated into being the credit card logo. it must look smart and family friendly but eye-catching!
    The account number should be "calls 8p/min Texts 4p"
    Name on card is "£5 Free Credit

    Also I need something very similar as a square advert 300 x 300 but without looking like a credit card.
