    What if the rates go further down. The way dollar is at the monent, its not likly to raise atleast in coming few days. Don't waste ur money for meere $15 and go for the transaction.

    After that i got this reply from them

    So,PayPal name is not necessary to match with Bank holder name
    But when you will enter recipient name then remember to add exactly same name with the bank holder name :)
