Buying Need new website design!

    Hey,

    My website is, http://www.downloadpal.net

    I'm looking for a new website design for my download service DownloadPal. I'm looking for a web designer that can do this cheap, fast, and keep the same color scheme and logo. I need a template that can make the website look more interesting and really cool! I don't need anything super complicated, I just I want to add a little spice to my website!     Custom coded sites? Why not use CMS such as Wordpress or Joomla?
