Need New Ip For Paypal Help!!!

    Hi I need a new Ip address, since i will be making a new Ip address, I have comcast internet and there is no way to change the ip address with them, Please tell me if there is any software or anything, pls contact me or add me on gmail. My Ip address is blacklisted with paypal.

    HideMyAss must be blocked by PayPal because its Public.. you may try Paid Socks Proxies..

    I would email Paypal or call their customer service and let them know the problem.
