Hey guys, I hope this is in the right thread. I own a very large Online Community website and i am looking for a good admin. Does anyone have some free time or is anyone intersted in helping Administrate this website? I have alot of projects and alot of different things going on right now and i really need someone that knows about marketing and advertising and how to moderate forums come up with new and exciting ideas. My only problem is i don't have money to start paying someone to do this right away. BUT, if this person can help come up with good ideas and how to get more activity to the site and get it to where we can start making good money i have no problem splitting the proffits. This is not a brand new site either. It has been around for over 3 years. We have 55k+ members. A team of 9 moderators they are very cool people. If anyone is interested in helping me with this website and can see a potential and would like to maybe make some good cash in the really near future please let me know.
