Need .Net C# expert for HRM Project

    We need a HRM project done. Its very urgent.

    Please let me know the cost and timeframe to develop this.
    its urgent and we have limited budget ( so be libral on pricing).

    I really appreciate if anybody could provide me best quote for this as soon as possible.

    Note: Project should be C# only please

    Ya give me some more details ! about it ! i have made good projects last year during my .NET training. This looks easy for me, but I am undergoing training now too..time maybe a factor !
