    16 people given trials. 8 people not responded in 2 days, 3 taking on jobs and then not delivering, 2 giving me broken laptop / illness excuses already and 2 "not working weekends".

    I see you might have been ambushed by [non]writers. And while it's a shame for the overall writing community, it does give chance to the ones who do indeed take their jobs seriously (and I'm just one of many).
