Need MYSQL Query Modification to Webstore

I've added a spot on my shopping cart page of my webstore for people to be able to enter in there website which they are licensing the products to. I need this entry box to be entered in to the custom field box in the admin panel beside the transaction.

I'm thinking it should just be some sort of modification to the sql injections already in the script.
