    No doubt he needs a seperate server to run the MySQL db on. This is common on shared hosting servers where the person does not want to overload the DB server, they use an external server. I can help, just give me a PM

    99% of web hosting companies support MySQL in these days. But most of them don't like warez.

    be careful with physical distance of http and mysql server
    check internet connectivity between networks
