What type of work do you need done? Looks like the site was done in DW so you could just get a copy and should be able to edit the site yourself. Otherwise, what do you need done that requires a coder?
I'm rather clueless when it comes to site design etc. I would like some re-wording, addition of a video, and addition of some press statements/links. I had been delegating what needs to be done, but my latest contact doesn't know how to do anything without it ruining the format. The site needs changes very infrequently.
These changes are quite easy and doesn't require DW to make them. They can be done by hand if one knows how DW works and how it outputs the final HTML Code. I definitely don't like how DW outputs everything but do know how to work with it.
Have you had a loo at rentacoder. I have had a lot of success with these guys. Just make sure you are very specific in your description and you choose someone with good feedback and that can communicate with you well. Good luck
