Buying need my template undated with css/xhtml coding and some redesign

    i just bought a template but after downloading find out it is written using nothing but tables and i want it rewritten using valid css/xhtml to work in all browsers. It also has to be redesigned as it is too small and looks like it's out of the 1990's. the left navigation needs to be wider and the content area needs to be wider as well as the header. The header is a flash object so that may also have to be redesigned to fit.

    actually the theme is so bad, i'm just going to have someone redo the flash header and then i will recreate the rest of the site. i'll be posting in another category to have this done..
