    I am looking to redo my site www.nipslips.org ( Celebrity Nip Slips, so be over 18).

    I am looking for something slick and new and I am open to your ideas.

    Can use CMS or whatever. Looking for random celebs on main page and forum with user signup. I have fantastico so can setup up all CMS and Forums.

    Please submit your ideas and price with a time frame you are willing to stake your pay on.
