need my site programmed

    i have a website that i'm trying to add a feature to.

    if you visit the site buxp dot org / viewvids dot php

    there is a youtube feature on the site that i wanted to add to mine. Please contact me if you understand how the coding works and how to put it on my site. I want to stop web browsers from blocking the pop up. This site seems to have it down pack.
