    i have changed the new layout for my Applicant Tracking Software site
    and here is the little bit information

    Each tier of its 3-tier J2EE architecture can be independently scaled according to client need and means. TalentFlow’s delivery as Software as a Service (SaaS) reduces licensing costs considerably and increases self service and user-friendliness

    can some one suggest about the linking structure is that good for all type of the users
