need moderators

i need moderators for my forum: http://forum.dimoncic.com/index.php

 

There's only a small amount of posts and it's not really active. What do you need moderators for? Is it a voluntary position?

 

yes i now,for this i need moderators,to put up forum..yes maybe for now voluntary,becouse i dont have a lot of resurce

 

He wants a mod/community builder to keep potential spam i check and help popularize the forum .

 

is this paid job or free ??

 

For free by the looks of it . You could still get some valuable experience .

You meant why do I consider that there is spam . Simple the moment you start a forum gets crawled and SEOed the next moment spam will start knocking .
