need mod_rewrite help for godaddy hosting

i need help to make functional seo friendly url (mod_rewrite) on htaccess file on godaddy hosting..

The same code works perfectly on all other hosting.. But its not working on godaddy, and godaddy support is not good.

below is my .htaccess file, it works perfectly on other hostings, but not working at godaddy.

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule videos/start/(.*)/a/(.*)/s/(.*)/ videos.php?start=$1&a=$2&s=$3
RewriteRule videos/start/(.*)/a/(.*)/s/(.*) videos.php?start=$1&a=$2&s=$3

may be one of you had the same problem with godaddy and can share the experience that may help me to fix this issue. infact its not an issue or fix, but now i believe i will need to recode my htaccess file according to the way it can be workable for godaddy, but thats bad. even godaddy support is not good to tell me what type of htaccess code or mod_rewrite code their server is supporting..

Any help will be highly appreciatable..

 

Hi, I found your both rules are the same, so try this single rule:

RewriteRule videos\/start\/([^\/]*)\/a\/([^\/]*)\/s\/(.*) videos.php?start=$1&a=$2&s=$3
