Buying Need mobile link script made.

    I need a script that will change a certain link from one link to the anther link if someone is on their mobile phone.

    For example:
    If someone is on a mobile phone (or ipad) then the link goes to sitea.html

    If they are on a normal computer it uses a different link all together (say a java pop up).

    Does that make sense? I am trying to make a video go to a different URL if they are on a mobile phone but play on page in a shadow box if they are on a normal computer.
