Need Membership Website Script/CMS

I need a membership script that will allow for a public page for each member. Something along the lines of www.domain.com/user/user1 and www.domain.com/user/user2 and so on.

Of course, I want each user's page to be editable only by the user and the admin and want it tied to a membership.

Any suggestions or experiences anyone would care to share?

 

Maybe a Wiki with a monthly membership. Does that exist?
