NEED: Media Script

    I need a Media script

    What I like inside it -

    I can Do
    - Not A tube site
    - Need a Admin panel with "Suspend", "Terminate", "Add" Members Accounts options
    - I can see any client video if I want.
    - When I terminate a member his all videos will be deleted,

    Clients-

    - They Can Upload normal some of excitation video
    - They Can Embed with own size also can put (Like megavideo)
    - They can't see other client/s video - Till not embed
    - They Can't Signup
    - Easy Share with wide screen (megavideo)
    - MP3 also so can store

    -Some thing like this.. If anyone has any site which is provide like that plz share or if you can build one for me I will buy it.. :D
