Need Mascat (Char) designed..Tonight

    Hello,
    I had someone do this but now tell me they can't do it. I need a cartoon(Char) mascot made that has the same type of style as.

    More like tylercruz.com

    The requirements are that they must be Standing up...Full Body Shot....Have Casual Clothing, and appear to be sort of cocky.
