need marketter to make my forum active. pay top money!

    I got a webmaster forums. Currently, there are many joiner but they are a bunch of spammer who just posts affiliate links.

    I need a real marketer to push the forum to the next step and become more active.

    I am open to everyone with forum promotion experience. I am looking for someone who could give me a rough idea of what they are going to do about it and quote me the price. Most likely will be paying up to 1k or 2k based on the guy who are good at it.
