    You're kicking Butt already. The only thing I would add is to add more writers. More content, more money with that type traffic you are getting.

    Are you ranking in Google or Yahoo for any term?? If not, that might be a way to go to increase your visitors and by that also the revenue...

    So some keyword research and backlinks building wouldn't hurt..!
