Need manga host (OFFSHORE)

    Hi I need a host that isn't located in the USA. The host must allow manga sites and can handle 200+ users on at the same time so it's gotta be fast to handle that amount of users

    I need
    100gb space
    1TB bandwidth
    No file size limit
    Linux
    Awstats

    name your price cause I don't really know what is the reasonable price for it

    Go for Dedicated Server or VPS , where you can set your own file size or uploading limit etc.
    You can get dedicated servers starting from $35 or $40 .

    You're probably best off starting with a VPS with 1GB of RAM and 2GB burstable and then go on to a dedicated when that cant take it anymore.
