I know this has been asked before, but I couldn't find any good answers. I want to publish CPM banner ads (no pop ups) on low traffic (~100 uv/day) sites. Well, I know that won't make a lot of money on its own, but neither will CPC, or affiliate programs. Besides, I plan to use some of those too. I have several such sites, and in total the traffic should generate some money. So... Anyone know of a CPM network that doesn't require around 1000+ uv/day?
Have you looked at these CPM ad networks? I'm I think you should be able to get into most of them with your traffic levels apart from the first network listed in that list. Not all of them offer cpm banner ads though. Some of them only deal with popunders, popups, etc, but there are some that just deal with cpm ads. Good luck with your site.
